@hawkera_prime Cause as I thought, some buildings (like residential 001 & 002) can be packed by color, so they should be unbuilt and built anew several times that the house turned out single color. Therefore I priced it only $10.

@Siegraine It's impossible to make it growalable, cause its area is too big - 8x6 squares, without RICO it works only as Unique.

can you make it like residental building but without rico mod pls?...looks awesome :)

Nice building! In fact, I want to see more details on the roof top, such as Window washing machine, The entrance to the roof of the staircase, Parapet. Just put a few prop on the flush roof top is not enough. :)
