I love this building, always been one of my favourite landmarks to place in any city I make. I'm currently playing Workers & Resources and would love to import this building into the game. Would you allow the Workers & Resources community to enjoy this wonderful building too?

In 2000 in my first trip to Russia had dinner in there. It was horrible, but the building was something.

@Al Pacino, I've seen it in the foreground on some pictures, but I have no idea what its called. I need references to make it. Shots from many angles.
