Lots of workplaces and careers have tons of working hours during christmas, especially in non-christian-state-religion countries. Everything from lawyers to mall salesstaff. Aint nothing unusual about that :p

Yeah, i didn't get a chance to look into new update to modify it according to new changes, i've got new work and i am quite busy at trying to keep it for now :) as soon as it gets more calm at my work i will start updating this mod again

Tier 4 garrisons are created to refer to radious tier 4 major city garrisons, so if the race has such a garrison for its level 4 major building then that's how it will.be
