works great for me ,good work , maybe you could add save decapetated heads and a pole to display them on , that would be awsome to display the heads of your ememies around the walls of your house or keep.

I signed up for Earlier & More Decapitations mod but so far it has not worked and played for over 3 hours? I also have the other two installed mods from Kill Moves and More Blood Gore.

spockrates does it work with the bow cause i want a mod where its possible to hit an enemy with an arrow to the (knee) head and decapitate and the head will stick to the arrow

So BIG: More Decapitations increases the chance of a decapitation kill move from 40% to 60%. BIG: Earlier Decapitations lets you chop off Heads without the Savage Strike and Devastating Blow perks. So if you want to start decapitating early but don't want so many decapitations, use this mod and not the other. If you want to make as many heads roll as possible, use both.

Pumpernickel: On the Skyrim launch screen, select Data Files. Select this mod and use the Change Load Order button to move it to the BOTTOM. Make sure it still has a check mark next to it. Select OK and Play. Save the game and exit to the desktop. Launch the game and load the save you made. Kill a dozen men or elves. If you still don't get a decapitation or three, tell me.

Avalon: If you are using BIG: More Kill Moves, make sure this mod loads after it. On the Skyrim launch screen, select Data Files. Make sure this mod has a checkmark. Use the Modify Load Order button to move it to the bottom.

is there a special combo of moods u need to do to decap someone? ive had this mod and played with it for hours and kill A LOT of people but i havent cut off a single head!! do i have to disable all the kill moves mods that you made to get this one to work???

FromHell: SKSE makes a lot of changes to the scripting functions of the game and isn't easy to remove if something goes wrong. So I made mods like this for people who don't want to use it.

Snowguard: If sneaking, the game tends to do a throat slit with daggers. If not sneaking, you might get a decapitation, especially if wielding two daggers, or a dagger and a sword, maybe. My thief and assassin players often carry one good sword and several daggers with different enchantments for different foes.

Most don't without this mod (because they don't have the perks required). Most do with this mod (because the perks are no longer required)! So you'll have fun watching your follower take off their heads, even if you're a pure Mage who uses nothing but magic.

i have question, do NPC's decapitate each other?

I like the sales pitch in the description. Makes me think "Act now, and you get an axe that can cut off 50% more heads! Give it a swing today!"

Mashina: Actually, the mod doesn't make it easier to kill. It just lets you sometimes chop off heads when you do, even if you don't have the skill perks to decapitate.
