So is it the primary color that changes the color of the blob your empire makes or is it secondary? or is it randomly chosen???

Does anyone get an issue where the game automatically changes your border color? i.e if you try to do black center and yellow border, it changes the border to grey

It's really annoying that there doesn't seem to be a mod like this anymore. Only in conjunction with UI overhaul, I want a stand alone.

This mod shows up in the workshop compatible elements, but is not compatible with current state of game. Enabling this mod in its current state will CTD your game after load-up to 100% and attempting to enter main menu.

Very obvious how it can: This long-abandoned mod uses the original planet-type selection screen, so of course it has problems.

@Azkera the correct begging format is
"UPDATE PLZ"
the goal is to be as obnoxious as possible and make the author hate the community with lazy requests when in reality its unlikely 35% of the community would be here without them and 85% appreciate them but are completely silent about it. hope i helped :)

In order to get this mod to work with the latest update you must edit the "ugc_688576380.mod" which you can find under /my doccuments/ paradox interactive/ stellaris/ mod

Edit with notepad++ and where it says "supported_version="1.2.*" just change the 1.2 to 1.5 and it'll work. This small trick I stumbled across from another mod.

possibly broken mod, messes up your save games sometimes. I loaded stellaris one day and all the empire flags were gone, even for the regular pre-made empires. Removing this mod fixed the bug.

Breaks the GUI. You can't choose Alpine or Savannah preferences in the species creation menu while having this mod enabled.
