I don't have any of the mods listed as incompatible but this mod still won't work, the blood splatters appear as a series of over sized bullet holes.

the blood is black on some maps, and the reason is probably because the map doesnt have any cubemaps. im not complaining, crap happens so yea

if the blood is black it is most likely because the map you are on does not have water or cubemaps

Amazing Mod! Definitely one of the most realistic and best blood addons in Gmod.
No issues besides the grey blood in maps without reflections or cubemaps.

Should be able to as it uses 'water' reflections.

Also, what is the mod that gave you conflicts exactly? I need to add it on the list.
