Ok. I found the problem. It was my source filmmaker. Thanks for thinking with me. Sorry for the trouble.

I think that you must have a auto ik script on your SFM.
Try reset the sfm but don't forget to backup

Yep it's my Source. Almost all the models, even the exisitng ones don't have bones when I imported them. Not even the TF2 ones have bones. I swear they need to update their stuff.

Strange....The model doesn't show any bones when I selected it. Nor do anything at all....I think my Source Film Maker is broken or something. I will confirm again after I verify the integrity of the app.

there is just normal skeleton. no ik rig

Is this still compatible? Rig seems to be missing. Or do I just use Auto-Rig
