I still love this; in the air vent room I had to replace the gyroscopes in front of the speed modules as they do not stop air from flowing into the vacuum of space.

Some of the functional blocks are for decoration only and may not be fully welded. It was the time in SE where it wasn't many block variations so I used some of incomplete block models. They may not be welded as long as it doesn't connected to conveyer system

No idea what happened the first time, this thing has plenty of gyroscopes and can easily lift. Mea culpa. What I am experiencing however is that small cargo containers are not fully welded. Outside, for example on the chessboard landingpad and inside in the medical room. Also the speed modules directly over the bridge.
Am I doing something wrong again?

It seems like some part of the ship stuck in a voxel.
You need to remove any blocks from colidnig with voxel and convert to ship from terminal menu

I am not able to fly this. It seems it does not have gyroscopes (maybe they were not in game when this was created). But even after adding them I am not able to lift this from the ground or maneuver in any direction.

This still remains my favourite ship in SE. It is a shame that it does not function quite so well as the game has changed a lot since when this was made. If the author(s) decide to do a redesign, I would contribute for their efforts.

There is A LOT of stuff in this is poorly constructed or thought out. A bundle of dead-end conveyors, the oxygen farms on the roof are essentially worthless because they don't connect to anything, etc. I had to do a lot of work just to knock out all of the bugs with this design.

One conveyor tube straight up went into a wall.

Clearly this was designed with form over function in mind...

@CaptObvious If you are using the updated Automatic LCDs 2, you need to copy the LCD title and put it into custom data. Works fine after that.

@ProStashio, There may be a problem when you uploaded it. The ship works fine for me. and @CaptObvious, The issue you are having is the same I was aswell. If you find a fix for it you should let me know.

The LCDs aren't working - I grabbed the new version of the Automatic LCDs script but the ship spawned in with a blank custom data on the programmable block (and no code on the 2nd). Please can someone share the custom data from the LCDs block?

Also, should the 2nd programmable block be empty?

Thx for that hull, i use an edited of this by myself on our pvpve server as mobile base. Changes are: Hangar for UtilityShips 6-8, double of refineries in main hull + 1 in each nacelle. +8 Jumpdrives in nacelles to archieve with full cargo (by 15x) 2000km jump distance, +10 arc furnces in nacelles. Removed all small reactor except 2 from bridge and put one large in each nacelle. Automation and Senors for useful usage of airlocks. +4 turret and +2 interior turret near main seat. Spread few gyros. Landing gears. Rework of conveyer system, interior and exterior, removed dead ends and fixed unconnected parts. Moved remote control to the new center of mass.

About 100 other small changes to fit my preferences.

Yeah, projector don't recognize grinded parts and when welded by player they will stay fully built.
You can leave them, or grind down manually.

There is about 4 oxy tanks on top which are not connected, as well as some oxy farms, but since i made it with nanite factory, maybe you are right :)

Yeah, but not at full container capacity
