So.. turns out I am a bit too optimistic, and by that I mean, grossly optimistic. Long story short: It's a huge mess and removing crosswalks is going to take pretty much AGES.

So, I'm just gonna clean it up and publish what I have now and leave those things for later.

Update:

I'm decided to wait until I finish properly before publishing.

However, I am adding some new features which I think you guys might like:

1.- Ability to turn off road markings per road type. If you prefer to mark your roads yourself, you'll love this.
2. Ability to turn off zebra crossings(pedestrian thingies) per road type.
3. Ability to turn off road arrows per road type.

Should be done within the next 24 hours or so, Thanks for your patience.

In holland all roads have the same dark color asfalt.
I hope that your mod TPB works the same like the old mod from this topic.
So all roads have te dark asfalt color.

Ok so I've ran into a little delay with this mod. I'm going to have to create custom APR textures for all the highway segments and nodes, and that takes time.

I could publish phase 1: Roads. but it doesn't change highway colors yet, or I can wait until I finished everything to publish it.

@TPB just so you know the bug that Mass Transit introduced was with some of the new roads added. E.g. 2-lane highways from MT would display as 3-lane highways. Nobody just noticed it on launch day since everyone has been using NExt 2-lane highways since years ago.

This mod worked fine on MT release day, both with and w/o the DLC. I played it that night and all my roads looked great. Last night (5/19) suddenly it was gone. So no, this mod was working. maybe some other mod had problems with it, but this one in and of itself worked.

This is game breaking now.. :( it worked with the update :( another mod was at flaw, the network skins, which i do not use, i used this one and it worked like a charm in 1.7

But it did work for me up until moments ago. Hadn't used the new highways though. Color changing worked perfectly fine.
