guys this was a scraped idea for the pyro before tf2 came out ( for idiots who dont know) so why would they put the hat in afterwords when they allrady just scraped it?

Heavy Duty Rag (which is based off of the bandanna that the heavy class wore in TFC) = OK
The Medic Surgeon Mask (which is based off of the mask the medic class wore in TFC) = OK
Itsy bitsy Spyer (based off of the design of the spy) = OK
Haphazard Hazmat Wrap (which is sort of based off of TF2 concept art for the Pyro) = NO

Man, Twighlight must of worked his/her(?) ass off to make this, I was overjoyed when I saw this cause it was a Pyro Concept, and Twilight thought of everything when he/she(? .-.) modeled this... :[

All of the visor things should be added to the Hazmat Headcase that got accepted. Right now, things like the Pyrovision Goggles and Deus Specs just create two discs of color that hover over the mask.

They should make a style for the hazmat headcase that is this

This was added and denied because it looked too much like TF2 concept art, so the makers decided to remake it. It says so in the description of the hat that actually got in, and on the wiki page, and mentioned here all the time.

I'm gonna tell ya'll why this gotta denied first time around.
First off, we had modeled a very VERY old Valve drawn concept of pyro from around 2003-2004. We assumed that since it was so old, Valve was unlikely to make it themselves. It was afterall a very nice idea. Unfortunately, it didn't occur to us that Valve doesn't like people making items off their old concepts. You see, if they were to accept such an item based off said concepts, it gives the community the message that anything they make is free to use. That would be unnaceptable, so they denied the old Hazmat. In addition, if valve were to ever want to have something that used their old concepts, they'd make it themselves. The idea of a pyro Hazmat is too good of an opportunity to pass up however, so here we are now, resubmitting an all new version. Cheers!
