You can also remove that armor part that partially covers it
I am a little confused, though. What is the purpose of the collector on top? It's partially covered, and raining rocks on it in planetary gravity seems like a terrible idea. Is it actually for miners, or just decorative despite the minimal nature of the ship? On mine I'll probably replace it with a conveyor block and a connector soon.
Check out the first series, it covers really basic stuff and more advanced stuff like projectors. The second is really good for ppl new to planets.

Once you subscribe, it should show up in your blueprints menu, F10. In creative mode just click on it and Ctrl-V to paste it into your world. In survival mode select it using the Blueprints option of the projector block.
