You can change/remove that by changing the floor height in the asset editor.
Since you have a fast PC, you can definitely make your own dealerships, and you might be able to use a few custom car props. Just be aware the car props need to be in the hundreds of tris, not thousands. Definitely ask the creator if tris are not specified.
So you do this in the Asset Editor. Open up an existing building, and you can add prop cars, signs, lights, plants... everything, inside the asset editor. That's how I made this one, and it's so easy! Just read this wiki page and you'll be on your way to your own dealerships! Just so you know, a large percentage of the prop cars out there are WAY too high in tris to run on this game. The maximum for the biggest building is ~6000, there are tons of just tiny props out there that are around 20,000 and more O.O Be careful
