Had to chuck it, crime and garbage a problem as also mentioned earlier. Plus it acted funny with traffic going through it. Seems it wanted to connect the drive but my heavy traffic took it as a short cut and still no police or trash haulers I guess never go there?! Good looking though!

It works fine, the road access is on the back of the building.

@Anomaly I think there is, and if not it's certainly similar. I know exactly what you're talking about - I stayed in Atlanta once and visited that exact hotel for its view of the airport.

It looks great BUT, it does not function well. Garbage trucks just go right through the pre-constructed road. And it also has a high crime rate. Will you be able to fix this? Or atleast make the road that goes under the front building an asthetic and not an actual road? That may fix the problem.

For those who are having issues with the road access to the building with police, fire trucks, etc try removing the road going through the hotel with the better bulldozer tool

I have a city from 50000 people and 3,5 billion money and the income of 15-20 thousand. 8 thousand on servicing of 1 lodge it is very heavy for the budget!!!

How do i fix the "High Crime" and Not enough goods to sell, it's in the heart of a bustling leisure district with plenty of freight coming in and a police headquarters next to it. Its the only hotel building that is complaining.

@Dog Turds it isn't 8k in game. In the asset editor 100 is equal to 16. A bit confusing when they are shown as different values. The actual upkeep is 1280 in game. Still quite steep imo, but no where near the 8000 you thought it was :)

In order to fix the No Road Connection, you have to build a road next to the facede of the building. That is how I fixed mine

To fix the road connection problem, you have to add your own road to the side of the hotel. Build the road as close as to the hotel as possible and the connection should be fixed.

Looks like a lovely asset, but as others have recommended impossible to use because it has no road acces. Shame, hopefully it'll get fixed soon. Cannot recommend it at this stage.

Indeed. The building is bugged somehow. Constant high crime, Garbage and also an unterminated road "T" sign, even tho the road is connected and cars are using the through road. Apart from that, its a great looking asset in my city.

Like said before, crime is high, but not only, there is also a garbage and a dead accumulation problem, and all of that despite there is a police station, a cemetery just beside the hotel, and a garbage dump not far. I really don't want to delete the hotel, it's really good, but please fix it.

Allthough there are two police stations right beside the Hyatt they have a crime problem :( If there is no solution for it i think i have to delete this nice asset.

Can you teach me how to import models from Google Wearhouse and make them game ready? Or at least give me a link or youtube Tutorial. I gave up tryng to do it myself. I've had 3DS max, sketchup and Stylebuilder all installed but I cant figure out how to do it. Cheers

Well, what you can use is something like the no pillars mod which has no collision and run the road along the side of the building at the angle, like you see in my screenshots. This will allow you to place road directly on top of the asset like I've done.

I was finally able to get results after messing with it. I believe a road needs to run alongside of the hotel ...not just the one going through. Rated up after the fix.

I am having problems using this building....Even though cars are going thru.. the game is saying the building does not have sufficient roads. There is no information provided to remedy this problem. I have tried multiple times to use this building and it's very costly to move. I have also noticed the building allows me to place over pre-existing roads.
