On the first image, the higher on the left at the back and the small round one next to the Research Facility?

I reinstalled it and it's working fine again. Though the neighboring facility by another creator has turned into an industrial building. :'D
Would anyone know why this is happening?

Yeah, it's just a limitation of how big assets can normally be in the game.

That's super bizarre, like I said that asset has no RICO components, to make an asset part of RICO you have to add an extra file to the mod upload and I don't have any assets currently that are RICO enabled. So I suspect that this may be an issue on RICOs end? Do you have any other assets that might have the same file name (like another research facility) and RICO is getting confused? I would maybe say try unsubscribing and then resubscribing again

well i have no clue but it is definitely rico enabled

and it will not let me uncheck the enable rico button to turn it back into a collage

how do i turn this off in rico the c heck box won't deactivate? it doesn't get students with rico on.
