What if it was a 3d image of blocks like these formed in a wall with a ball crashing through. Kind of like those really cool blender physics animations. This is a really nice start though!

I think i would have problems playing the actual game beacaue i would keep inspecting this skin man. Nice work on this. It's something new and I can't believe this 3d effect skin idea hasnt even been implemented in the game yet.
