Hi, Kiebler I have used a house asset that was made by you and I made a garden around it. I posted it on the workshop and people told my I had to give permission first to the asset creator. I wasnt aware of this, so do I have permission to keep it on the workshop or to remove it?

Thank you for the great advice. I will see what I can do about lowering the file size below 1.5 MB. The variable props is also a good suggestion. Thanks.

These momdels are excellent, but i have 2 suggestions.
1: reduce the file size. 1-1.5 MB is the sweet spot for assets like these that are designed to be used in tract housing scenarios.
2: use variable props, if possible.
