Well, I for one enjoy this upload a lot. The civilian was always a developer tease that was constantly flaunted during the early stages of the game, and it is something I had wish they added in. I find both this model and the sound files fit very well into TF2

@ndmdude I'm not sure what you want out of us then? We created a fully fleshed out version of an unused/unfinished character in the TF2 art style. Made specifically for a fan spin-off of TF2 called Team Fortress 2 Classic. It's our own interpretation of the character, and pretty much matches up with the old Team Fortress Classic Civilian too.

Not really much else to explain.

The reason I said to read the description, was this info is in the first paragraph at the top.

The other Civilian shown on the Wiki isn't even the Civilian. It's the Scout in a reference pose. Something the game defaults to when trying to join a non-existent class.
