Try redownloading all the assets and the SBE mod. If that doesn't work, I don't know what will.

You can always remove the trees in the asset editor

Great collection, only downside is that the Conifer trees look a bit out of place in my tropical map. But I understand that this is based on a real life golf course in that climate zone.
