This mod has been re-uploaded from the original in 2015, 5 years ago. And if you'd have looked into the workshop, you'd find that there are updated versions of it, including atmos. You'd also have read that I stopped modding Space Engineers three years ago.

Ced23Ric, Do you have a link to the newer remastered ones? Every time I use the search function it spits out garbage for me lately. I'd love to sub to the newer one.

Feel free to look for the sorted and remastered version including atmospherics in my workshop, plus a non-OP version, with the same dealio. They are drop-in replacements. You can grab my remastered versions, remove this version, and you won't lose blocks.

Yep still with the new Update.
But there is one thing. Slowing down with internal dampeners was always with this version OP. If thats the problem for you, its the normal behavior with this mod... and the reason why i like that much but... everything else works.

The Icons are ... well sadly unsorted but ... still in the G-Menue, Construction Stages are working as well as the Modell Textures and the outburst of the Engine itself.

As i always play without Thruster Damage i sadly cant tell you if this Funktion is working.

So far... for me in Single Player as well in Multiplayer (on my Rig and on Servers) this Mod works like it should.

Still works. I just used them on a rented Server, almost the whole past two weeks. No Problems with them.

its a bug that can happen with literally any sound ingame. not a mod problem. happens a lot with grinders for me

I am having audio issues with these thrusters. Thruster sounds get stuck in a loop and continue playing until I restart the game.

ced23ric im looking for a mod to use as advanced thrusters for this mod, https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1463027143 will have to make small changes to the build list. i used a variant of s thruster and got asked to remove it by sektan, so looking for a replacement

well this mod may has some similarities with Sektans Mod but its a completely own Mod created by Raider (Models, Textures etc.) so there is nothing to complain about.

Yes, Sektan has filed no complaint. But, other people have flagged the original Rider upload as a rip to defend Sektan's work. Erroneously.

So I took the liberty of contacting Sektan directly on Twitter. Sektan knows nothing about any complaint. Which in my opinion means nobody else should be complaining.

I have never seen Sektan comment on here, or been informed of him bringing up this or simular mods.

I'm just curiouse. Has Sektan him/herself ever complained about Rider's thrusters? It' seems to me such a complaint should come from the affected copyright holder. So if Sektan isn't complaining. Nobody else should be either.

If Rider and others who have worked on this thruster mod maintain their work is original. It seems they should get together with Sektan and put this to bed. I've seen this accusation being thrown around a few times already. It should be easy to sort out fairly quickly.

can anyone tell me how to remove the glare, i love the thrusters i just dont want the giant glares when there being used :D

Any chance this will be updated? I would love to see a 2x1 version of the edge thrusters.

What are the stats on these thrusters, how many newtons of force? What about power? Mass?

Repeating it for you: These blocks, textures and definition files (in other words, the entirety of models, graphics, looks and behavior) were created by Rider and maintained by me.

Sektan and I are in contact, by the way, and he even told me when someone reuploaded this mod, with the words, "Someone thought it was my mod, but it's yours". Do you really think that a mod with reach like this one would elude Sektan's sight for 2 years? Sektan and I are friends on Steam and talked about mods a lot in my active days.

These were definitely Riders thrusters which are different from Sektans. I've been using these for a long time. Please dont take this mod down again due to misinformation.

Even if this was the case ( its now, as explained by @Ranos ), i would not give a damn, these are a bit more balanced than sektans, and they come in so many more variations and shapes.
Hence why i think this mod is alot better than sektans.

@Rikkavidu_GER: Riders mod came before Sektans mods. Also the original mod has been deleted so it can not be linked.

This is not an Original. The Original Modder is Sektan. Please delete this or contact Sektan and link his original Mod here. I wait one Week. Then i must contact Steam-Support. Best reguards.

FYI for those who are new to the mod.
Thrust tested in 1G sea level.
Works in both atmosphere & outer space.

Large ship thruster = 1.0MN
Small ship thruster = 100KN

Don't think so. Not sure.

Are those Thrusters as loud as Sektans? ^^

mirror mode is brudged in general really, got one vanilla 1x2 LCD panels does not work with mirror

I can see if I can work on the mirroring. Keep in mind that some mirroring may not be fully possible, but I have a hunch which blocks are affected.

Probably the left/right line triangular thrusters, and the left/right and/or up/down shielded ones, eh?

No Rider made his own from scratch, but someone probably thought they were stolen and flagged him. If you would read the comments before commenting, you would know

There's also a modular thrusters by Sektan, looks very similar. Was Rider's an unauthorized copy?

I'm not getting any lag from them myself, they work great. The thruster animation is a bit much, the flames should be maybe half as long, but overall awesome mod.

@kris: It's the full version of Rider's thrusters, with all slopes and some placement box fixes.
@Kira: I can only assume someone was a bit triggerhappy on the report button.
@Shroom: There are multiple flames per thruster, and that is part of the model, which I cannot access.
