Very nice asset and a cool tribute to that youtuber, he must be delighted! I understand your decision to make this a park as you want to keep it somehow unique, and I can definitely use more industrial parks, but I think this would look well enough as a growable, so here's a +1 for an optional growable version! Great work as always Tomcat.
