That's very hard to fix, Garry's Mod player hitboxes are very unpredictable when there's even a fraction of latency

The bomb is for traitors and the defuser is for detectives, and of course you can use it/modify it

if you extract this addon using the GMAD extractor then you can easily remove the beeping sound if you search for sound in the lua files.
