Yeah... it is an enormous building - not a cute little cafe that could fit anywhere :(

the scale looks way off. You have it next to a 7-storey building and they are about the same size. It's a beautiful building, but you need to rescale it to fit 2-3 stories.

It's too big for the level plot it is. Towers over all neighboring buildings when it really shouldn't.

it grows on a 4x2 footprint, but is actually bigger. so it overlaps its actual plot at the rear side. if there was another building close to the rear of the espresso cafe, they would "melt together". i hope you know what i am trying to explain ;)

the thing is, that it isn't centered very well on its plot. when changing to 4x4, the area in front of the building gets too big (not good looking) and it still overlaps the 4x4 footprint at the rear side.

so if you are still interested in changing or reuploading it as leisure commercial, maybe you can have a look at this issue as well. otherwise it's an awesome building of course. 1024 texture, not many tris, good looking lod. perfect!

the tables on the roof seem a bit unreal better put them in frnt on the street think its better still good lookin building

@Ozymandias that was the intention! But it seems the fiction to set buildings as leisure/tourism isn't there yet. Someone told me it will be in a patch. So, until then :( That is why nothing is in those categories yet. But I will put this in there when I can.

This looks like it would be a good fit for the Leisure specialization. Now that there are more Commercial tags in the Workshop, I hope you'll consider uploading a version for the leisure districts!
