can anyone make a non-growable version so that it dosent make all the high density commercial buildings this building

It spawns so often and city is full of it very quickly :(

Nice, but too common for something so tall. It also only has so-so lighting effects where one copy will be super bright, the other will be super dim lighting.

It's nice, but it seems to be too popular ... it repeats far too much, and more than anything else. Removing as it's becoming a city full of these.. Would be nice if it was rarer.

Looks very nice but please make a ploppable version. It's too tall to fit in with the other growables, which makes it very noticeable when a bunch of these are jutting out from your commercial district.
