Yeah, those particular wall lamps aren't custom and should come with base Gmod, so I really don't know why they have missing textures for you.
It works for me, and I similarly don't have the original assets installed. Maybe you have a conflicting addon of some kind that replaces these models with something else, maybe they somehow come from a different game than source. I really don't have any idea, and I imagine it's gmod being crap as per the usual.
Not likely, again if you aren't seeing other errors then it should be working...
But, I'll check it out myself.
The wall lamps are custom. Perhaps there is some issue with your workshop install of the map, considering that several props and textures are custom as well. As always, try restarting the game and uninstalling and reinstalling the addon.
