Well, no. A few reasons though:

1. an abbreviation is a shortended version of a word, and it is a word (Dr. for doctor, for instance. Or Prof. for Professor, Mr. for Mister) They almost always (from what I can tell, all of them) have a period at the end. So, an abbreviation is a word.
2. What you described above is an acronym, which is made by taking the "first letter" (sometimes first couple). They are almost never a word, and often convey a scientific/ technical concept.

So, what you were saying is "bad habit of pronouncing acronyms as words". Still, you aren't.
Firstly, some words are acryonyms. LASER, RADAR (also only acronym that's a palindrome!), LIDAR, SCUBA, and a few others, are acryonyms. They just are so common (and easy to say) that they became words. But, often, even when you run across an acronym, unless separated by periods (like R.A.D.A.R.), which is one format of it, you just instinctively read it as a word!

So, no, you aren't!

You should watch some Richard Herring some time... in particular, RHLSTP. Though he would frown on your use of all three letters "CLO".

@Timboh Hey is there a way you could make an interchange where the highway off ramps turn and join up to a road like for example; this highway 55 in south New jersey where it has a design that i have never seen on this game before and i thought you would be the guy to ask if you read this message.

@Phoenix Wright: Oo, that is tempting, but it would be a very difficult build to recreate it, seeing as there are 6 mainlines in the complex. It also spans like 20 city blocks, so it would end up being almost as large as an entire map. I'll have to think about it, but it's a great suggestion, seeing as it's the most congested interchange complex in the world! Thanks! :D

It's efficient but the car from north can't go south and vice versa, in that case. I've make one in my (old) city, and it's flows just neaf. Btw, it's LHD in that map.

This would be even better if traffic turning right from the freeway doesn't need to go left to the traffic lights first.

It's an acronym, not an abbreviation - and I think most people will say an acronym rather than spell it, as long as it flows off the tongue well... Which, Spupclo does (barely lol), even though it feels like you're pitching a cleaning product when you say it...

Er, yeah, anyhow... I rarely use your intersections in-game, though I frequently refer to them as inspiration or direction. So, that being said, welcome back. Glad to see new Timboh interchanges on the workshop. Your work was missed during your hiatus.
