Square: Sounds like the Bethesda Archive file didn't load. Try restarting Skyrim. Then select Data Files and make sure the mod has a checkmark next to it.

I did that before but it didn't work. I reinstalled it though, last night, and when everything was done and unchecked it again and now it seems to be fine.

Let me know if that doesn't work for everything.

9Bacelbalo: You have to force the game to reload the actors and architecture. Fast travel away from Whiterun. Wait 3 game days. Fast travel back.

I unchecked the mod and even got rid of it completly and the mod is still in my game. Sometimes the guards are normal but most of the time they're ghost and the pumpkins are still all over the place in Whiterun.

Just uploaded a new mod: SET for Christmas - Whiterun Winter Wonderland

Festive: The mod for snow might conflict, but SET for Christmas will add snow to Whiterun, as well as pine trees and holiday season lanterns. The Gildergreen tree will be a giant Christmas tree with lights after completing the quest to bring it back to life.

i konw ill have to the mod for snow in whiterun but will it conflict with the towns and villages enhanced mod? or would it just look a little odd

SET for Christmas will change Whiterun NPCs and the landscape inside Whiterun. So mods that change player homes and other cities won't conflict. But this mod will conflict, since it changes the same things.

im waiting for your set cuz i love your other stuff, im trying to aviod geting mods that might conflict.
