No, its a materials code.
Its made by Valve really.
Just a combination of codes in each of the infected files.

What exactly does it do in the hentai rape servers with the "!fap" instead of "!buy"?

I want to know if this is some kind of exploit. Y'know, i could use it to the survivors advantage.

Maybe because this is a material code and not a simple object/interior edit to make specials in plain sight through walls.
