blown_engine, good point, but.... people linger at the end of this parking lot, they sit, interact and use the table. The the only setting setting was to set this as a park type. Now this is not a monument, tourist attraction nor monument so it ll only attract people in the neighborhood. Thank you.

If parking lots are of a park type they attract tourists. People are coming to the city to visit your parking lots. This is not normal behavior. Parking should be of a building type.

P.S. All kinds of things go on in these car parks too e.g. I saw a police car park across the entrance and officers get out, go across to some Cims (?youths), arrest one and take him away in the police car. I've also seen Park maintenance staff stop, park their van (the type with the kayak on the roof), do something to trees by the car park, then get in the van and drive away. So it's not just cars appear in the car park then then vanish :-)

Thanks so much! Adds realism to the city look. Has swiftly become a favourite. Modular - great. Comes with a tree, saves adding one. Cims start using them quickly. Just watch out for Cims parking to block access - it doesn't actually block access 'cos others will drive through vehicles into the car park, but best to prohibit road parking if (and only if) it happens too often (using Traffic Manage: President Edition mod). I've noticed Cims even prefer this car park to parking provided on site at certain attractions like a museum or expo centre, so don't go too mad with this little car park straightaway. Especially, thanks for creating a thumbnail so it's easy to identify - wish everyone would create a thumbnail for their items.
