@TheSpetnaz_57 - for this one I sketched on paper very roughly a few times to work out how the snake could wrap around the weapon. I then scanned the rough in, then worked out the basic outline in adobe illustrator with the pen tool, lastly I figured out how to make the scale pattern which I vaguely remember creating a tile pattern in illustrator then applying to cylinders in a 3d program to create subtle variance in perspective and near the edges - but really thats an extravagance and not very time efficient - it could have been fudged in illustrator - no one would know!

This actually my favorite skin you´ve made so far, its so clean and the colors are great. Did you draw the cobra on paper and scan it to ur cpu or draw it directly on the computer with a program like photoshop?
