not in the .vpk, but in the theater files specifically for weapons, there are weapon_fov variables that change how far away weapons are from your camera

Updated the downloads. This might help.
Most modern suppressors don't. Older models however can, as well as the many jerry rigged suppressors insurgents use. The 20% is basically negligible ingame though. Ranges are too close and the weapons are still insanely accurate.
Screenshot? The models should be fine. Try redownloading.
Don't use pistols/smg's against well armored foes.
