Could be the sensor needs to be pulled in a bit. Check displays and if it says "waiting for drills to work" then the sensor is detecting asteroid close to drills and that's why it's not moving.

The sensor list is also displayed on the near right display.

The 'front' of the sensor should be reduced. from memory it was about 2.7meters.

so retesting I can say that adding more stoping thrusters works. now im having a problem with mining namly the drone will start to mine pulse forward one or two times than stop and sit there. the ship is stil getting ore but at about 5kg to 10 kg a update. but it is no longer using its thrusters to move forward at any speed that can be seen by the naked eye. chould this be a senser problem?

So I was able to do a run and it stopped in time. HOWEVER, given that the large forward thrusters were not offset by increased reverse thrusters, it's likely that the calculations for 'stopping distance' are now off (also because dampening power changed greatly).

Try 1) removing large thruster (but this may prevent movement when miners gets 'full'
or 2) adding more reverse thrusters attach to the back side of the large forward thrusters.

I also noticed that the large thrusters were not added as part of the "Small Miner Normal Thrusters" group so they are not turned off when docked.

Added reverse thrusters should be added to the "Thrust Backwards" and the "Small Miner Normal Thrusters" groups.

Check the programming blocks and make sure they didn't get an error and stop. Sounds like it started on the way, then stopped processing.

I'll re-test mk3 -- after work tonight.

ok i've rewatched the videos and trying again i've made it to the point were its heading to the asteroid than disaster strikes. my list of start up comands are as follows.
Hit button 1 to launch.
Hit button 4 to change camera.
Shift+4 to target spot on asteriod than Hit button 3 to lock.
Move a bit and retarget same spot Hit button 3 to relock.
Shift+1 to change to camera 2 to check lock, see that we are locked on asteroid.
Hit 5 to go mine... watch it speed to asteroid too fast and smash into it.

pre thank you for your help I really look forward to seeing this puppy mine!

Wicorel I have maybe need to watch them again and go abit slower what do you mean about a manual info? like to read that
Wicorel  [autor] 28 dec. 2015 la 19:42
Did you check the videos?

The mk3 has the full set of them:
http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=433545870

It also has the manual information on that blueprint. It applies to all three versions.

I just pasted BP from workshop and it seems fine and the current (month ago) version.

Are you buliding from a projector? If so, you probably need to reload the BP in the projector.

Yes. you can copy the scripts from MK3..

HOWEVER, they may get too large to paste in because Keen adds spaces to end of each line when copied..
Cannon 14 dec. 2015 la 16:50
Should I be able to copy the scripts over from the newer mk3 to these others that are having the errors?
Cannon 14 dec. 2015 la 16:48
I am also seeing errors with "imypowerproducer could not be found are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?" I am trying to trace it down and having difficulty.
Wicorel  [autor] 14 dec. 2015 la 16:13
I had updated mk3 version, I'm sure. I'll check the other versions for the battery change support.

Here is a link to the error i am seeing. I am sure it is the same error on all of the programming blocks that have compine errors. This particular one is the miner control program.

wicore, i am getting some compile errors on a couple of your miners. errors are associated with power / battery. Have you run across this? Do i need to update the scripts on some of these miners? I am using most all of your miners.
