If you use the RICO mod you will find the building in the Office section. Otherwise try unsubscribe and subscribe again.

Tris is 4200. I used 2048 for diffuse and specular. LOD tex size is 256 so it will look good in the skyline. A modern graphics card should be able to handle this.
