ERRORS EVERYWHERE!
I tried CS:SOURCE, HALF-LIFE 2 EPISODE 2 and CSS Textures for GMOD 2022 (by extracting it to addons folder) but NONE WORKED

I fixed it by installing Portal 1

Note you might face a lot of error textures!! . Just extract portal 1 content in the addons. cscheater 2 copy this in your google, you can download all valve game content from this website. I hope this helped you ;)

JUST A HEADS UP! If you are seeing that all of the female citizen models have black eyes, it's BECAUSE OF THIS! Just disable it and their eyes will go back to normal!

but you can make nighmare house as an part like resources part 1,2,3,4 ETC and you can make it like parts so it will be easier than uploading all of it in 1 time so try to upload in parts not all of it in 1 time

That's odd, don't know if it's just me but the Ghost girl "Emily" sometimes appears normal when she pops up for a quick jumpscare. But other times like when shes sat on the ground just before the hallway with the falling wall tiles she looks like a normal female NPC from Half-life 2. Is this the same for everyone else or do i need to download a model?

You most likely need CS:S, HL2 Episode 2 installed and mounted, buy it don't pirate the textures, just for safety.
