love putting these togeather for the best looking water plant availaible and really fits anywhere in the city with the clean kinda futuristic look

100% budget, turn-off 1 each - 120,000 m3 - C 641.84 weekly cost

-- 2 HxO Water Treatment Pump --
100% budget - 160,000 m3 - C 879.20 weekly cost
50% budget - 40,000 m3 - C 479.52 weekly cost
100% budget, turn-off 1 - 80,000 m3 - C 479.52 weekly cost

@SHEEPIE I tested it to 50%, immediately your water production and sewage accumulation will drop to 0, but wait for it and it will come back up. The same behavior as the vanilla Water Pumping Station and the Drain Pipe. But notice that the production and accumulation will level off very well below 50%, the budget though is ~50%. Here are the numbers - 2 vanilla Water Pumping Station and Drain Pipe, at 100% - 240,000 m3 - budget is C1201.84, at 50% - 60,000 m3 - budget is C641.84. Now if you turn off one of the Pumping Station and one Drain Pipe at 100% budget you'll have 120,000 m3 - budget is C641.84. For 2 of this unit (HxO Water Treatment Pump) at 100% budget, 160,000 m3 budget is C879.20, at 50% - 40,000 m3 budget is C479.52, if you turn off one unit at 100% budget you will have 80,000 m3 with C479.52 as your budget. Now from the numbers it is not good to lower your budget from 100% its is better to turn off some of your assets. Regards.

I've come across quite a weird bug. This unit does not seem to work unless above 100% budget.
