It would be great if you could make this asset 1:1.5 and make it office growable. That would be paerfect!

this building looks fantastic, but for me it produced an unreasonable amount of crime. Despite me having placed two police stations either side of it, it continued to suffer from high crime. So I cannot use this asset further i hopet his can be fixed

If possible, can we have hi-tech industries next from SC4? Having more SC4 updated Bats (assets) would be awesome. :)

It is beautiful. You even match the style of the game perfect. It blends well with existing buildings so it is not out of place - but of course remains a grand tribute to SC3000. Thank you so much for these and I hope you will continue building. I'm not sure how to comment @ you so I can make a recommendation but 2 of my favorite SC3000 buildings are the "Federal Building" and "Justin Brown Plaza". Would love to see these once you get a chance and have completely updated all your buildings for AD. Thank you!!!

There is a lot of crime associated with this building

I have crime problem at the top of the building :(

Beautiful building. I had to use a mod to place it in my game, as the thumbnail claimed I had already placed it (it was crossed out), although I had not at that point.

A minor point: The LOD model is a lot darker than the close view.
