The lighting is pretty neat, good job.
And the particles freaking out at insane speeds is a known glitch when you have motion blur enabled

i found the Problem: if you have more than 5 Fire particle systems SFM can't handle it and speeds it up, Btw Here is my Finished Project :D

Hey, i really Love your Fire Particle System but after i finished a Scene with the Particle System the fire was in the Finished Movie WAY to fast, it had like the speed of 600% when the movie used to have 50%. can you Please help me with this problem that the Fire is Moving to fast?

Motion blur will cause some particles to freak out when rendered, including these ones. Disable motion blur so you can get a good render
