He wasn't. The addon description stated that these textures were inspired by the leak/RTB, not that they came directly from either of them.

Yes, all the models in the leak pack I assembled are hexed. The only issue people have is with the RP cremator SNPC and possibly some conflicts with fast assassin SNPCs.

the half life 2 beta has always fasinates me in a way dued to its story and unused content
