I think I have played 2 or 3 playthroughs now where I have found the exploration version, gutted it enternally and refitted it lol. Love the design.

Probably quite a pain to upgrade. I built the new one from scratch as it needs extra width to fit in all the features (and enough thrusters to move at a respectable speed).

Is there simple to rebound upgrade DSF3 to DSF8? :) I find TWO of DSF3 in my world, floating without power and damaged by pirates. So, it was nice run from pirates with 2 large ships, one of them without woking reactor :D.

Gotta say i love this ship, ive used this and the previous versions ever since i found one floating in my world. I will say though that they need work making them more oxygen friendly. i always end up spending a lot of time making them air tight.

Love this ship series <3 Found a DS3 model in exploration and have loved it. Looking forward to getting the DSF8 model.

This ship has been around for quite awhile, and she has held up over the various updates. The ship is well balanced, and has just enough of everything that it is the perfect ship for building bases and outposts. I've used the previous versions of this ship a lot in PvP (with some modifications of course) and she has held up well.

It is my hope we see this ship for a long time to come.

Awesome- this and Contessa have been my go-to ships for exploration mode for a while. Would love to see a modernized Contessa as well.

Nice… I see you like Nav lights on your ships as well. Some modern day spacecraft like the Cygnus spacecraft display a flashing red light on the port side of the vessel, a flashing green on the starboard side of the vessel, two flashing white lights on the top and one flashing yellow on the bottom side of the fuselage. I’ve been using that method on some of my ships and find it handy.

Was wondering when this would happen since you've been playing so much lately. Can't wait to check it out - I'll have to begin putting the finishing touches on that destroyer/light cruiser and upload it too.
