This mod is 2 years old- The link is gone because the creator of that mod deleted it , Those hands are from multiplayer, the regular version can be made yourselves by simply putting the l4d2 basic pistol texture over this the orginal mod with l4d2 textures is gone, any texture editing can be done yourselves just look it up
