The bug that texture is not compressed by update of 18th may be fixed, becoming it carries out a prop after 18th.

Fantastic model! However there seems to be a conflict in my game when tries to park in the side of the road. May have something to do with the Traffic Improvement mod and not your asset. Wasn't sure if anyone else has been experiencing the same issue. Minor glitch for me overall
