For some reason I'm not getting any new dynasties... I have another settled city besides my capital but after I've finished Tradition or Liberty nothing happens. I played the mod before and everything was working fine, but now, like a vear later, it doesn't anymore. Any Ideas?

The most fun I had in years! Huge pangea, 22 civs. Domination victory only. I found out that the AI only nukes cities.

Wait with annexing&building courthouses in captured cities until the Qin dynasty if you can. Qin properties do not apply to CS afaik, Also, it kicks in on the beginning of your next turn, so if you are unhappy after annexing, you will be unhappy during the barbarian turn...

Just a complete mess. Way too hard to switch dynasties without going full domination, which would defeat the point of half the bonuses

I actually don't know. However, this mod does not modify any base game interface files like EUI does. It uses completely original stuff, so, theoretically it shouldn't cause problems with EUI. Because of this, if I had to guess, it could work together, however, since the two mods don't account for each other, you might get some interface overlapping each other. Xia mainly has a dynasty tab at the top middle of the screen (see screenshots). If EUI also puts something there, one of the two might be obstructed.

If you can provide lua and database logs from a game after the crash I might be able to see if the error is coming from the mod and correct it.

The mod requires the Brave New World expansion, so you only need that DLC to use the mod.

I utilized this Civ as an AI opponent in two recent extended campaigns I played, and it stays bug free to the very end (also: compatible with the Community Balance Patch, which I used). It's a competitive opponent in the hands of the AI. Very enjoyable mod. Recommend.

Xia for me has to be the best mod civ ever. I normally play pacifistic so it really helps to "nudge" me to be more militaristic. Plus conquering capitals is even more worth it!

I'm also getting the crash after updating the mod to the new version uploaded on the 10th. Used to work perfectly fine before this version.

Have you tried installing the mod with the direct download link or playing with the civ through my Cradles of Civilization pack? Crashing before the mod even loads is usually not a problem with the mod itself but due to a corrupted file. I want to make sure there's nothing wrong with the file itself in the steam database.
