Really good ward, I'd like to see this in the game.

I like everything about this ward!
However, it's really hard to distinguish between obs and sentries at this point. You should experiment with ways to fix it. There are already some suggestions.
Other than that, solid submission I would say. :)

Maybe the red gem could reflect the colour of the ward, ie blue or yellow? Lovely work though, I like the animations x

broken ward for a broken hero i like it

nice concept but it is too big that kinda ruins it. not every hero has an ideal ward model but this is too huge and bulky

Because there's so much "stone" around the eyeball you might consider making small color changes to better be able to distinguish between observers and sentries. That's just my opinion, though.
Otherwise I find it very visually pleasing. It's almost something out of my own brain.
