I've been a huge fan of your assets since this game came out almost a decade ago at this point, I really hope you bring your architectural magic back for when CS2 comes out!

I updated the asset to remove the required items.

When I made the upload, I got a message indicating there may be some kind of delay because of an automated harmful content filter they've installed. So I couldn't test it. But let me know if it works for you now. If not, I'll play around with it some more.

Aaah, but maybe I can make a guess...is it possible that there is a THIRD required item for this asset that is not documented here and I just don't have it installed? It might stand to reason that the author would have all of his own assets installed, and so naturally, he'll have the third required item. But it's common for "users" like me to only install "some of" each author's assets. Or maybe there's a third asset required and it's from another author?

On my asset warnings page, all I can see this:

Alexandria Tower - 2 ------ Very large LOD texture 1024 x 1024
Alexandria Tower (L5 R Growable) ------- Very large LOD texture 1024 x 1024

...but these things are not errors.

Things to think about. But one thing is for certain. It's broken on my system and on other people's systems too, and I don't know why. It's not likely that it will fix itself by magic one day.

I get a load failure too. I have confirmed that the required items, Weeping Willow 2 and Blueberry Blossom Tree, have both been installed. This is broken and I don't know why.

I really appreciate the thorough reply. Let's keep each other, everyone here, up-to-date if this one gets fixed! It's one of my top 5 favorite buildings in the mod-community of the simulation game!

@Exsosus|Cryo|: No luck so far. The odd part is I have used a few utility mods to check for conflict and issues. When I checked this mod, all it said was that I was missing the two required items. After I installed them all that I could see was that the message failed to load. Normally it should say why, like a conflict with other mods or base game or something. This is so strange.

@Visu: Just as I said to Exsosus, there is no indication of why it fails to load. It is not in the unique building, it might have partly loaded though. I did have a building that had no icon, and clicking on it just made my game crash. My new thought is that it could be one of my visual mods. My first guess is that it might be a conflict with this one mod called "Ultimate Level Of Detail (ULOD)." Not sure though.

I'm not sure what version of Harmony it was - the dependency of the "Not So Unique" mod.

Yes, I'm able to use it ok. How does the problem occur? Does the building not appear for you in the unique building menu?

What version of Harmony was causing issues?

The trees are fine. They load and I have access to them in game.

Weird... I know I had some issues with the Harmony dependency after this latest update, but it looks like the problem started before that.

Did you install the required custom trees? I could get rid of those, I suppose.

I tried to load with the version right before this Airport/free dlc was out (idk the number sorry, as of January 22nd). And as for mods... yes. Like 18000, however none should be interfering. It looks like it just doesn't load when starting a new game.

I just tried it, and it seems ok on my end. Can you describe the issue in a bit more detail? Do you have any mods active? And what version of the game are you running?

REQUESTING once again, with Agent 56289, Creator, please patch and fix this! It's a beautiful building! Let's bring it back to Cities Skylines!

Most of your towers load and run without issues! I believe this is the only one I've found not working.

Confirmed here from my loading mod, that Alexandria tower fails to load with red text.
Wil the creator please fix this problem with the current version of Cities Skylines? I will resub then!

Broken for me as well.

this still works if you unsub and then resub. it will work for a few loads then it will break again and you will have to repeat

wtf??? 27MB? Is that real?? but yeah I have that Loading Mod and it says both your Alexandria Towers failed to load (though I am unsubbing to this one because I want it to be a growable)

Dangggg (Joe Dirt style) looks like you need to turn on some anti aliasing... Even if just for screenshots ;) Cool building though. Always like seeing a new building for the first time in my city.
