I tried plopping one of these down but not getting much happiness out of this. Tried putting it next to my commercial and residential. Getting 1-2 visits per week. What is the purpose of having these plopped down?

I wish it could produce revenue. Like a city-run gas station. If I plop it, i'd want it to function. But I dont know if thats possible yet in modding assets.

This is great. Now I can plop something appropriate for industial area leisure. Like to have more like it: Bars (pubs, taverns); eating places; or anything you might find in an industrial area.

thats a nice idea but i dont think thats possible at moment. The only solution is to make a "gas station package" with mor than 3..4 texture & model versions.
Do you got a better idea? :)

not really: the gas pump lots are marked as parking lots for vehicles. They dont fuel up but it gives the impression of tanking cars while "parking" - it works visual for me and hope for u too ;)
