Hey, I've got a problem with your skins, I downloaded Homura to replace Rochelle but there seems to be a error going on and i just see a big red error sign, I also downloaded Mami, Madoka and kyouko to replace Nick, Ellis Coach but the skins won't work and they just show the vanilla skins without problems. Can you help with thise problem?

I actually started on Mami first, but I introduced a subtle bug in her very early on which requires me to start over on her, so I decided to move on until I can get back to her. Right now I'm working on Kyouko.

Thanks Rin Cress, I do my best to not lose any fidelity to the original when I do a model port. That includes porting any facial data included in the original model, along with any physics data (for the cloth and hair movement). After that I try to tweak the shaders to retain the look of the character from their original environment. The only thing I can't find a way to replicate in Source is the cartoon style black outline.

Yes, her mouth moves with Rochelle's speech. It's just hard to see it in the embedded video.

Awesome, that series was wicked (harhar) good, here's hoping we'll get to see some Witch themed survivors or special infected.
