I found it! since it didnt have an icon It was hard to find! A couple of Ideas: you could use the path of planes to make superman fly over the city! just an idea! also would be a cool combo to actually see him landing in streets some times! but this mod is staying in my list! thanks!

Planzmic Flame: The build like a lot of asset downloadable is static, no movement, no fly, just float in the sky, the build is a 1x1 parc on the ground, the field of action is giant (it's superman) and he work with 50 police coverage, it's little cheat (it's superman) but it's very expensive !

So... lol, this is kinda crazy. Good work but, how does it work? Does he fly around and not use roads? Can cover all 9-25 tiles with police coverage?
