I'm nt really a huge fan of flat maps and such, but I got carried away with other maps and mods that i'm slacking on achievments.

these kinds of maps are awesome for turnnig off the mods and slamming out some cheevie's

Please do not use the metro overhaul mod with this map, as this may cause fissures.

Love this map. But imagine my surprise this morning after 10 hours of work yesterday, I see a huge fissure in the middle of my city. River overflowed while I was offline. Dammed it - but fissure remains. Strange. Thanks for your efforts.

This is great. I love your style. In your next map, could you add little bits here and there that stand out? like a little lake, or a tiny crested hill, etc. Little things to break up the flatlands, so we can use those are punctuation with special buildings.

I'm having a visual bug whereby the ramps of the highways disappear at certain zoom levels, as well as the texture of the roads changing. Is anyone else experiencing the same? I'm using the American Roads and Colorful Roads mod. I don't get the same issue in other maps.

I don't think this map is "Ugly" or "too Simple" There are lots of players that apreciate maps like this, me included. If you don't like it then dont subscribe, there's no need to be rude about it

@Mulleboy @naDuL You both seem to be ignorant of the fact that building on certain maps present certain problems, like puzzles and this a part of any City sim game that has existed.

The map is now updated (through a very, very complicated process) without having to download any new map.

The river has been slightly changed to a more realistic look while also adding some proper riverbedding resultig in big, beautiful rogue waves heading down the river (does not rise above ground level unless careless actions close to the river.)

Hey Lotus. It's not really a 'bug', it's just my own human error at play here. So yes, if you deleted the highways then you should be just fine as there's nothing wrong with the actual terrain. Now get back to solving traffic, mayor!

Hm, I have been playing this map for a few hours but haven't actually started the game yet. (Just demolishing the existing highways and replacing them with my own - no offense! mostly just wanted them wider) Would removing all of the existing highways have fixed whatever the bug is, or will I have to start over (and so wait for a fix before playing more)?

There's currently a bug (as tuordiel pointed out) that hinders traffic flow on one of the freeways. As soon as I can find a way of updating this file without publishing a new one it will be fixed. Last resort will be to upload a new one in the meanwhile.
