It is a "low density level 3 shop". And to maybe understand what I am doing ^^: I just go into the editor, choose the "Building" button, there again pick from the different types of objects, in this case "Low Density Shops", and there I use one of the given buildings and just add the things available, without changing the settings in the black box on the side (except color). This was the L3 4x3 Shop10. Hope this helps ya, mate. :)

when you say "l3 commercial" what do you mean? I *think* it should be growable already — growable means that you don't find it in a menu like parks, monuments, or unique buildings, but instead it just springs up randomly

Ey Roberto. Sorry; I have no idea how to make them "growable". But maybe you hava a link for me where I can learn how to make 'em "ploppable", "growable" or whatsoever. I would appreciate it; perhaps others too. :) Enjoy your day.
