Live here (in Tampa) atm, one of my favorites. This is a great remake for Cities.

lod is pretty bad

Maybe someday. I was born in St. Pete. Lived in Tampa 8 years, Plant City for a while. Moved north to Panama City. And now Tallahassee,, where I think we're finally staying.

Definitely from Tampa, originally from Safety Harbor more specifically. Since making all the mods, I actually ended up employed now and my current job requires that I cannot create new mods. Sorry bout that, but hope you enjoy the rest of whats out there :D

I am sure this may have been asked and answered, but combing through 19 pages of comments is tedious. You have at least three Tampa downtown buildings. Are you from the Tampa Bay area? I would *LOVE* to see Raymond James Stadium and Tropicana Field. :)

Have you contemplated making the PNC/verizon building or the Bank of America tower from Tampa. BTW your work is amazing I really apreactiate it.

Gula I have a question, since you have been doing Florida buildings, can you do the Suntrust Plaza in Downtown Orlando?

Cant, without having to redo the entire texture/model UV's. It would be a tremendous amount of work, so for now its just functional unless I want to do a polish pass on it. It would probably take about 15 hours to do, for pretty marginal gain.

To increase nighttime realism, try to vary the brightness of some of the lit windows.

In short, yes. I have been able to see nearly every modded building I've subscribed to, including all your other mods. Very strange. Maybe it just hasn't been pulled from my pool of mods yet, however that seems unlikely considering how few 4x4 office buildings I have in the game.

I haven't tried this yet, but maybe I could create a custom "downtown" theme in the District Theme Mod and include this building in the pool the game chooses from for that theme! Problem solved...maybe... We shall see lol

Have you been able to see other custom content (growables) populate in to your city while playing the game on Mac?

So, I subcribed to this building when it was first uploaded. I haven't seen it pop up yet. I've built numerous cities with many large office zones with plenty of modded level 3 4x4 buildings poulating the zones. I really love the look of the building, maybe it has something to do with the Mac OS version?

I've also tried unsubscribing and resubcribing a few times.
I looked through the comments and noticed some other people having this issue as well. Just thought maybe you should give it a look :)

Thanks a lot... I think the game's auto-lod system is.. well awfull ;) I made tests to see what colors grew in certain categories and levels, I made them with basic shapes... and the game can't even make a decent lod for a cube XD

Just updated this with an actual LOD. Thanks for the headsup. Can't promise the same to all the other buildings, this was just low hanging fruit (and one of the most popular buildings on the workshop). Generally speaking though, I tend to see how well the game's auto LOD system will work. This building wasn't horrendous, but it wasn't great either. Now, the LOD should be much better than before... still not perfect, but good enough

@Cromagnon2 - All content you add in adds variation, nothing replaces the vanilla ones.

Guys... Level 3 office is hard to grow... be patient.
Anyway... the building looks awesome, but sadly the LOD (automatic lod from the game I think) doesn't and when zoomed out it is not nice at all :(
It would be great if you made a custom lod for it now that we know what works.

If you're subscribed, and if you have a 4x4 spot available zoned as office, it should actually populate. The other contributing factor is that you actually have to have office demand (of course). This is just a standard building that is added in to the pool of buildings for the game to randomly choose from. I'm not sure about every possible scenario, but if you are subscribed here, you should be fine. Its possible though highly impropable to never see it, because its all random chance anyway.
