I said their is a mod to make the text move to the side of the screen. The menu from the L4D2 beta is just a modified L4D1 menu. The Beta of L4D2 was basically just a re-skin of L4D1, all the animations from L4D1 were re-used and the zombies still had the same sounds from L4D1 before they recorded a fue new ones.

Mod?
This aint mod! This is not a simple custom mod, it is beta build by valve, that's how game menu looked like back then.

Yeah, I agree about SFM and animated beta menu, it's complicated to do.

Hope you will find a time to create something of it.

Their is a mod to make the menu like l4d1 and move all the text to the left side of the screen. But to re-create the background video you would have to use source filmaker and just generate something up. The logo is an easy thing to re-create also. I could do it but I don't really feel like it right now. Maybe sometime in the future.

OH, and of course until someone puts machinegun on military truck on the bridge, you can see flying bullets on left side here (2:02)

and machinegun barrel as seen here at 1:37 at the upper left angle (it shown so quick you can barely see it)

This collection will stay incomplete as lons as someone wouldn't make Game's beta loading screen [pp.vk.me] and Beta menu background (as seen at the end of the video).
